Abstract: Smart home scene is an application technology based on artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and cloud computing technology, which reflects the psychological activities and behavioral interaction of people in the smart home environment. The experience of the smart home scene directly affects the user's willingness to build a device network, which is related to the sustainable development of the enterprise. This research aims to construct big data and small data analysis indicators, so as to comprehensively evaluate the user experience of smart home scene, and to provide reference for smart home technology improvement and product optimization.
