Abstract: To provide a means of monitoring TVOC of rubber products in electronic and electrical products, establishes a method for the determination of dibutylamine in rubber products by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methanol was used as the extractant for solvent extraction, ultrasonic extraction was performed, and the separation was performed on an Aglient HP ULTRA 2 column, and mass spectrometry analysis was performed using an electron bombardment ion source (EI) with selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode. The data showed that the content of dibutylamine in methanol was linearly related to its characteristic ion peak area. The average recoveries in the blank samples were 95.3%~100.2%, the relative standard deviations (RSD, n=7) were 0.8%~2.6%, and the low limit of determination was 0.085 mg/kg. Test washing machine observation window samples in the dibutylamine content, test results show that the content is high, there is a hidden risk of air pollution in indoor use, baking at high temperatures is more serious, long-term effects on human health.
