Abstract: With the diversity of external environments, it has brought serious challenges to the reliability of electronic products. In order for air-conditioning core devices-Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) from external environmental erosion, high reliability, household electrons widely use conformal coating to protect the integrated circuits and components of the circuit board, how to choose a suitable and process-fit conformal coating is a more complicated process. The researchers mainly introduced the composition and application principle of the conformal, and combined with the key parameters of the material, process characteristics and reliability test items that need to be paid attention to in practical applications, and verified by comparative tests, from anti-corrosion performance, electrical performance and process coating. In terms of coating, the conformal coating can be well selected and applied, which not only ensures the reliability of the material, but also meets the coating consistency and stability in the production process.
