Abstract: With the rapid popularization and development of the AIGC large AI model, unprecedented opportunities and challenges are brought to the field of smart home appliances, especially the washing machine industry. Focuse on the field of smart home appliances. It addresses many user experience issues encountered in the use of smart washing machines, such as increasing functions that leave users unsure about which mode is better to choose; intelligent voice interaction that only works with fixed phrases and commands, cannot handle an extra word, can't recognize accents, and doesn't understand colloquial expressions; device malfunction alarms make it difficult for users to identify the cause and can only wait for engineers to come, and other "pseudo-intelligent" problems. Therefore, takes full advantage of the AIGC large model in the household appliance vertical domain, and actively explores breakthrough paths to enhance the intelligent interactive experience of washing machines. The ultimate goal is to make the intelligent interaction experience of the washing machine better and smarter.
