Abstract: To solve the existing problem of bearing fretting wear in transported motor with packaging, and to clarify the mechanism of fretting wear generation, conduct theoretical verification tests based on Hertz contact theory. The verification results show that the bearing fretting wear requires a certain normal load and relative sliding in the tangential direction. When she motor is placed in A way, the vibration response value of the packing paper pad has the greatest influence on the magnitude of the normal load. When the acceleration response amplitude of the packing paper pad is lower than (x-1.1)g, the normal load is not enough to cause the occurrence of micro-motion wear, and the acceleration response amplitude of the paper pad (x-1.1)g is the critical value of fretting wear. Motor shaft B way placement and motor shaft binding can suppress the normal load required for fretting wear and relative sliding in the tangential direction, respectively, thus suppressing the occurrence of fretting wear. Using the power spectral density curve of the actual transportation process as the simulation input, establish the random vibration simulation model of the actual transportation process.
