Abstract: With the improvement of people’s living standards, people have higher and higher requirements for electrical equipment, such as more convenient operation and more beautiful. As human-equipment interaction interface, the touch button has the development trend of large size and super size. Through the research on the reliability of capacitive super large touch button, mainly including Electro-Static Discharge (ESD)problem, and the problem of anti-interference experiments of Electrical Fast Transient/burst (EFT) and RF induction conducted disturbances immunity test(CS), and through the application case, the expected effect is achieved. The research results shows that the design of the anti-static installation structure can completely solve the problem of touch; the software method of adding anti-interference processing can solve the problem of failure in EFT and CS experiment.
