Experimental study on terminal heat pump system based on natural convection heat transfer

Abstract: A circulating system of terminal heat pump system based on natural convection heat transfer is designed, and the experimental device of the system is built. The starting process characteristics, heating performance, surface temperature distribution of wire tube and indoor vertical temperature gradient of the system are tested in the environment. The results show that the heat pump system starts quickly, the surface temperature distribution of the wire tube end is relatively uniform, and the vertical temperature difference of indoor air is only 2.1℃. With the increase of outdoor temperature, the heating capacity, power consumption and COP of the system gradually increase, when the outdoor temperature is -20℃~5℃, the COP is up to 4.34.
