Study on noise improvement of permanent magnet synchronous motor and compressor

Abstract: Taking a model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and compressor as an example, the electronic force wave analysis table as the basis, combined with the electromagnetic theory to analyze electromagnetic wave and the electromagnetic force density wave simulation of electromagnetic force, put forward analysis methods and ideas to improve the electromagnetic noise of compressor. At the same time, the improvement of compressor noise is carried out by using the improved idea put forward in this paper. The result shows that the noise of compressor is obviously improved, and it is consistent with the theoretical simulation analysis. It shows that the improvement idea put forward in this paper is reliable.
