Research on the control method of the optimal efficient compressor based on FEA

Abstract: In the context of the era of carbon neutrality and carbon peaks, energy conservation and emission reduction have become an important direction for the planning layout and policy deployment of the “14th Five-Year Plan”. The performance of building energy efficiency is particularly important, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the HVAC field of major energy users. Air-conditioning is a large HVAC energy consumer, of which compressor energy consumption accounts for the largest proportion, so compressor energy-saving control technology is the top priority. This paper proposes an optimal efficiency drive control method combined with electromagnetism FEA of the motor, so that the motor obtains the phase angle of the optimal control efficiency under all working conditions, thereby improving the energy efficiency of the compressor and the air conditioner, and achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
