Abstract: Household appliances have been widely introduced into consumers' home. The production, use, and recycling will have an impact on the natural environment, human health, energy consumption and other aspects. Some of the impacts involve environmental damage, ecological imbalance and other issues, which are all disturbing the healthy development of economy and people's production and living activities. From national policies to consumers' demands, people are paying more attention to green home appliances. The public's understanding of green concept is deepening, and consumers and manufacturers are simultaneously promoting the development of green home appliances. The standards of green home appliances are constantly improving and upgrading, the functions of green home appliances are becoming richer, and the relevant policies are becoming more comprehensive, all these are pushing green home appliances moving forward along the direction of more environmental protection, more health, and more intelligent.
