Research on user experience value to the enterprise in the field of home appliances

Abstract: In the field of home appliances, there are few special studies on the value of user experience, so it is necessary to analyze the mechanism of user experience value for companies. In this paper, the definition and characteristics of user experience and value are clarified via literature research. Then, we have got the general analytical framework of value and found the dimensions and the suitable calculation formulas from a project perspective based on Cost-Benefit Analysis and experience value chain with proper assumption. The research enriches the theoretical system of user experience value analysis in the field of home appliances and it will help the managers to pay attention to the user experience and get to invest in it. It will provide a solid foundation for the improvement of user experience quality for home appliances continuously.
