Research on test parameters corresponding to user experience measurement of gas stove sliding pot

Abstract: Gas-cooker is the main appliance of Chinese cooking, which can meet a vange of cooking forms. Users frequently remark that the cooking pan slides during the cooking process, resulting in a dangerous experience. Users' demand for household appliances is not only for their functionality, but also for their experience during use. This article analyzes the occurrence scene of “pan-sliding”, collects numerous Chinese cooking methods, finds out the influence of different methods on “pan-sliding”, and concentrates focuses on the Chinese “stir-frying” cooking scene as the research scope. In the study, the Chinese “stir-frying” cooking were decomposed, and the observation method was adopted to collect the actions of “stir-frying” and the users feelings of “pan-sliding” under different pans and pan’s racks, and the core influencing factors of “pan-sliding” in actual cooking were excavated. Then, using the previous study’s approach, the “inclination Angle” of pot sliding is taken as the dependent variable to measure the degree of “pot sliding”, so as to facilitate the subsequent conversion into laboratory measurement method. At the same time, the paper applies user experience measurement method to quantify the experience corresponding to various physical indicators, providing data support for “pan-sliding” test standard.
