The transmission path analysis and improvement of vibration and noise of water purifier

Abstract: The main noise source of the water purifier is due to the pump, and the pump noise is transmitted through the air and structure. Because blocking air Transmission requires a high cost, the analysis of structural sound transmission has become the main means to effectively reduce the noise of water purifier. The pump in the water purifier is connected with the frame of the water purifier through screws, and the rubber pad is located between the frame and the pump. Therefore, the main structures that affect the structural sound transmission of the pump are the rubber pad and the frame. The experimental results show that the vibration isolation rate can be effectively improved by reasonable structural design and hardness selection of rubber pads and the noise of the whole machine can be reduced. In addition, pasting damping materials on the frame can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of the frame and also block the transmission of structural noise.
