Cause analysis of abnormal combustion noise of bias combustion water heater based on experimental study

Abstract: Because the combustion mode of the bias combustion gas water heater is more complex, the combustion stability is worse than that of the general atmospheric combustion water heater, which is prone to abnormal combustion noise. In order to study the specific reasons for the abnormal combustion noise of the bias combustion water heater, the structure optimization and design are targeted, and the abnormal combustion noise of the bias combustion gas water heater is experimentally studied and simulated. Through the experimental study, the influencing factors and the influencing rules of the abnormal combustion noise of the bias combustion water heater are obtained, the causes of the abnormal combustion noise are analyzed. On the basis of experimental research, the whole machine model is simulated and analyzed to compare the experimental results, which provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent design of the bias combustion water heater.
