Abstract: The nameplate of most lampblack machine on the market now marks air volume far less than the air volume when actual operation, especially the lampblack machine that is installed in low floor, this kind of air volume gap is more obvious. As a result of lampblack machine access public flue back row air volume will be reduced, bring about the lampblack in the kitchen cannot be discharged in time, for the precise and effective characteristic analysis of lampblack machine air volume is important. The effective exhaust air volume of the existing kitchen is firstly proposed, and then combined with the pressure distribution of the public flue, the pressure distribution of the public flue and the dynamic situation of the air blower are studied by means of model simulation and experimental testing, and the precise and effective air volume characteristics of the range hood are effectively mastered.
