Analysis and optimization of ignition and fire transmission performance of gas water heater

Abstract: In order to upgrade the gas water heater product A, the ignition and fire transmission performance test of the product A and other similar research programs was carried out. Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of product A and other research programs in terms of ignition speed, fire transfer speed and combustion stability. And optimize the burner of product A according to the test results. The test results show that the gas water heater product A has the shortest ignition time and the best ignition performance. In terms of fire transmission performance, product A has a longer fire transmission time and has no obvious advantage compared with other research programs. In order to optimize the gas water heater product A, three optimization schemes are proposed and verified by experiments. The results show that the plan of adding 3 mm fire-passing sheet is the most reasonable, which can significantly improve the fire transmission performance of product A and improve its product competitiveness.
