Abstract: With people's higher requirements for the detergency of washing products, the washing industry needs products with stronger and wider detergency. For different stubborn stains that are difficult to remove, special washing machine parameters can be designed. This demand of consumers has prompted the washing industry to conduct in-depth research in this area. According to the development trend of washing machine and the specific demand of the market, study the influence of washing parameters (washing time, temperature, rotating speed, turning and stopping ratio) of washing machine on the detergency of five kinds of the standard stain, design the washing program parameters of washing machine, establish a mathematical prediction model between washing parameters and detergency, improve detergency of clothing, and can also provide reference for developing the washing program of intelligent washing machine.
