Abstract: According to the requirements of Appendix B of T/CAQI 210-2021 "Fruit and Vegetable Cleaning Device", GB 2763-2021 "National food safety standard—Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food", and JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement", a method for the determination of the spiked content of DDVP in fruits and vegetables by gas chromatography was established, analyze the test process, find out the factors that affect the uncertainty, and evaluate and synthesize each component. The results show that the uncertainty introduced in the sample processing process is the largest, followed by the preparation process of stock solution and standard solution, and the uncertainty introduced in the linear fitting and repeated determination of samples is small. When the standard added amount of dichlorvos is 0.3 mg/kg and the expanded uncertainty is 0.048 mg/kg, the measurement uncertainty report is: w=(0.30 ± 0.048) mg/kg, (P=95%, k=2).
