Design of real-time weight measurement of assembly line products

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the traditional detection of finished product weight depends on manual sampling and the number of sampling is small, a finished product weighing system and the assembly line using the system are designed. The structure part is the traditional frame and the plate chain drive system installed on the frame. A weighing sensor is installed on the chain plate of one section, and multiple sensors are arranged successively. The support surface of the sensor protrudes from the chain plate surface, which can support the finished product and weigh it. The control part is mainly composed of 51 single-chip microcomputer and CYT-206 micro weighing sensor, etc, by weighing sensor testing finished product weight, and will return value to MCU, MCU compared with standard product weight range of presetting, if numerical weight exceeds the standard product range, single-chip microcomputer control alarm sound and light alarm. In order to prompt the operator to take the unqualified finished products offline in time to analyze and study, effectively save manpower and time, avoid the unqualified finished products from leaving the factory, improve the quality assurance level of finished products.
