Research on flexible composite drive technology of drum washing machine

Abstract: Introduces the flexible composite drive technology suitable for drum washing machines, and analyzes the structure support, washing and dehydration principles of the flexible composite drive technology. The specific method is to add a set of auxiliary power mixing device on the end face of the inner cylinder, and the direction of rotation of the agitator is opposite to that of the inner cylinder, so that the clothes washed in the inner cylinder under the action of the agitator produce a reverse reversal force and increase the washing effect. The key point is that the added set of auxiliary washing adopts a flexible drive. When the reaction force of the mixing device is greater than a certain torque, the auxiliary washing device will automatically stop rotating instead of being forced to drive, which effectively prevents the damage of the auxiliary washing device when it is subjected to large torque, and also effectively protects the clothes from being damaged by the forced washing torque. The technology can improve the washing ratio of the drum washing machine, and can wash clothes by cold water washing, at the same time, the flexible drive has overload protection function.
