Abstract: Uses ANSYS and acoustic simulation software to simulate the flow and sound fields of the cylinder head components of a certain type of inverter compressor, optimize the cylinder head structure to reduce noise, and process samples for experimental testing. Research shows that the new cylinder head has a maximum decrease of 9.12% in dynamic pressure, 4.58% in flow rate, and 18.24% in turbulence intensity compared to the original cylinder head. There is no peak at the second channel position. The simulation of aerodynamic noise and the simulation of radiated sound field show varying degrees of decrease in sound pressure levels at various monitoring points in the full frequency band. Comparing the experimental noise tests of the compressor, it is found that the noise of the new cylinder head decreased significantly at full speed, with the maximum decrease being a 6.1% decrease at 3900 r/min. Through spectrum analysis, it is found that the sound pressure level in the 4000~5000 Hz frequency band decreased, resulting in a decrease in noise.
