Research and application on starting comfort of split air conditioner

Abstract: With the upgrading of consumption, people gradually consider comfort as one of the important criteria for purchasing air conditioners. The cooling and heating effect is an important indicator for evaluating the comfort of air conditioning, when users evaluate comfort, temperature is the primary and intuitive feeling. The research optimizes the starting logic of the air conditioning compressor to improve the outlet temperature of heating and cooling, thereby enhancing the cooling and heating effect and comfort of household air conditioners. Mainly focuses on optimizing the outlet temperature in terms of compressor startup logic, that is, starting from the compressor startup time to achieve the optimization goal, thereby improving the cooling and heating effect and comfort of the air conditioner. By comparing the air outlet temperature, compressor startup time, and fan startup time of two different brands of household cabinets and the same cabinet before and after the change, it is confirmed that shortening the interval between compressor and fan startup can increase the air outlet temperature by 1℃~2℃. During this process, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the pressure during the start of the air conditioner exceeds the standard. At the same time, verify the start-up reliability of the air conditioner under different operating conditions.
