Abstract: Smart homes are rapidly entering people's lives, but the mainstream smart home scenes in the market are similar. The new scenes developed by various enterprises have not completely solved the pain points of users. On the contrary, some complicated operations will increase the cognitive burden of users and bring new problems to users. Paying attention to user experience is particularly important in smart home scenes. Therefore, by discussing the relationship between user experience and home appliances, we can understand the importance of user experience evaluation for smart scenes, and discuss the process of user experience evaluation for home smart scenes. Based on literature research and years of testing experience, perfects the research process of smart home user experience, and divides it into research process and research process. The research process is aimed at demand research and planning stage, and the research process can be applied to planning, development and marketing stage.
