FSI simulation and experiment study on the suction pipe design with rolling piston compressor

Abstract: In order to study the influence regulation of the compressor performance with different suction pipe design, this paper has carried out fluid structure interaction(FSI) simulation and experimental research with different suction pipe design. The influence regulation of the compressor performance was obtained from experimental test with different work condition、frequency and the minimum area of suction pipe. The suction power loss was gained with the fluid structure interaction(FSI) simulation with different work condition、frequency and the minimum area of suction pipe. The regression equation of the suction power loss was obtained with FSI simulation and ANOVA with Mini TAB software.
