    The object of this study is an power saving refrigerator of three regions that can control the temperature independently and accurately, the refrigerator has three separate rooms, the upper part is the fridge, the middle is the interchangeable temperature chamber, and the lower is the freezer.     Through the analysis of Chinese scholars on the research achievements of super-wide temperature refrigerator, using the aluminum foil heater project to explore the feasibility of heating in variable temperature compartment, through CFD simulation and prototype production, proving that using the mentioned method can make variable temperature compartment have the conditions to adjust the temperature between -18℃ to 45℃, the air temperature uniformity is well, the maximum temperature difference controlled in 5 ℃ or so, the surface of the aluminum foil heater heating temperature is relatively low, can well protect the inner of the refrigerator.

    In this paper, The principle of anti-odor module and effect of application in the Frost-free Refrigerator were studied. The results showed that anti-odor module was installed in the air inlet and air outlet of refrigerator could effectively avoid the odor diffusion. And the anti-odor rate was more than 99%.

    Conventional refrigerators provide a good preservation environment with low temperature for fruits and vegetables. It can delay the ripeness of postharvest fruits and vegetables and provide a huge convenience to customers. However, many tropical and subtropical fruits and vegetables are sensitive to the refrigerating temperature, and they will show chilling injury after storage in refrigerators for quite a while, such as skin watery and/or browning spot, pulp browning, and even rot, which significantly reduces the edible quality. This paper reviewed the research progress of the symptoms of chilling injury, occurrence mechanisms and controlling methods. By combining the studies and control methods of chilling injury of postharvest fruits and vegetables and the refrigerator industry, we expect to develop a new preservation refrigerator and provide a good solution for customers to obtain the high quality of fruits and vegetables.

    The working principle, advantages and disadvantages of sine wave FOC driving and traditional square wave driving are analyzed and compared. A new Cool-TechTM inverter technology is proposed from two aspects of software algorithm and hardware loss. Through the experimental verification, Inverter board based on Cool-TechTM frequency conversion technology can improve the COP value and speed stability of inverter compressor, reduce the power consumption of frost-free refrigerator without changing any other components.

    In this paper, influencing factors and equivalence of the dimension X for different standards were analysed by comparing and using examples in order to strengthen comprehension of the dimension X of creepage distance and electrical clearance measurement for PTP and testing laboratory in electrical field. The results indicated that it was possible to cite standards between different groups as references according to equivalence in the future PT programs. Furthermore, different test items were carried out for lamps, information, electrical and other different product testing laboratories. Testing laboratories should pay attention to the working conditions specified in the instruction manual for accurately determine dimension X when participating in such programs.

    In this article, the noise of three kinds water purifiers sold in local markets were choose to compare noise level. Furthermore, the mainstream water purifier of A company with new and used filter elements were also being studied. The results show that the noise of water purifier is composed of magnet valve with air in the system and the noise of stabilized pressure pump body. To solve this problem, programs optimization, structure noise-insulation and a new schema of noise intelligent detecting are presented.

    By analyzing the principle of ice maker ice making, deice; this paper expounds the hot gas defrosting effect on ice maker compressor reliability. And by GPY12RA compressor matching ice maker test, it is concluded that the ice maker hot gas defrosting effect on reliability of the compressor. Although ice maker use hot gas defrosting is easy to cause the compressor liquid impact, but as long as the control, the ice maker compressor can largely avoid liquid impact, can guarantee the use of hot gas defrosting ice maker has a reliable performance.     Through the thermodynamic analysis of R290 refrigerant, conclude that the pressure drop should be decreased in the design of R290 outdoor heat exchanger. Through theoretical analysis, obtained in the same process, the φ5 heat exchanger pressure drop is the φ7 heat exchanger 4 times, should be increased the numbers of flow path to reduce the pressure drop. EVAP-COND process simulation software is used to verify and optimize the numbers of flow path. Finally, the experimental results show that the ratio of heat capacity to cold capacity is achieved 1.1 times in the 2HP cooling and heating system within the limited range of R290 refrigerant charge.

By establishing the correlation curve of fan blade, and by comparing with the motor characteristic curve, this method can find out the normal work point of the fan, so the approximate value of energy efficiency can be calculated.

The influence regulation of the compressor performance was obtained from experimental test with different work condition、frequency and the minimum area of suction pipe. The suction power loss was gained with the fluid structure interaction(FSI) simulation with different work condition、frequency and the minimum area of suction pipe. The regression equation of the suction power loss was obtained with FSI simulation and ANOVA with Mini TAB software.
