The PID energy-saving and comfortable control technology with double temperature difference for inverter air-conditioner

Abstract: Inverter air conditioner has become a trend, but there are still some limitations in the comfort and energy saving. It is mainly reflected in the following two aspects: firstly, the air outlet temperature is too low (about 5-7 degrees centigrade) in the cooling mode. Low air outlet temperature is easy to cause air conditioning disease. Secondly, if the inverter air conditioner runs a short period of time , it costs higher power than constant frequency air conditioner. Only when the running time is long,the energy saving effect of inverter air conditioner can be outstanding.
Based on a PMV comfort model for Chinese human body,the paper puts forward a intelligent control of dual proportion-integration-differentiation with the ambient temperature and piping temperature. It can cool down quickly , increase the comfort level of the air outlet to the local user and solve the disease of air conditioner effectively. Experimental results reveal that this technology can not only maintain the room temperature at 24-26 which is the best comfort level for users, but also has the remarkable saving effect , and the power saving rate is as high as 31%.
