To solve the problem of short lifecycle and poor stability of such metal honeycomb combustion-supportion boards, combining with the experiments, the article analyses the root cause of short lifecycle, easy deformation, oxidation, easy fall-off of catalytic coating, short useful tiom of catalyst and backfire phenomenon. Through the own use theory that far infrared ray can catalyze combustion, the article focuses on oriented structure design, material optimal selection, processing technic and tool standard improvement of metal honeycomb combustion-supporting boards, in order to achieve the effects of long lifecycle, good stability and being not easy to get backfire.

The texture characteristic of food refers to the texture and internal structure of food, it reflects people's sensory impression when food is ingested, contacted, chewed and swallowed, which is an important characteristic of food quality. The texture characteristics of cooked rice is an important indicator of quality to evaluate the quality of rice taste. Different types of rice cookers because of their different control methods, cooked rice taste different. In this paper, the influence of hardness, adhesion, elasticity and chewiness on rice taste index under different triggering forces, compressing amounts and testing speeds was investigated. The results show that when the setting of the compression amount is 85%, trigger force is 2N, test speed 60mm/min, rice texture properties of indicators measured results reproducibility is better.

Electric ceramic heating products use electric ceramic heating hob and other heating materials to heat the heating products. The standard state of electric ceramic heating hob products and market certification requirements are analyzed. According to the domestic certification rules (CCC) in China, the two different electric ceramic heating hobs for harmonic performance are chosen to test to exempt the electric ceramic heating hob products from electromagnetic compatibility testing. The results showed that the difference between harmonic current data of the two samples is significantly. It shows that it is necessary to strengthen the research on electric ceramic heating hob products in the future certification rules and standardization work and to formulate appropriate market supervision programs.

Low frequency radiation is mainly concerned with low-frequency magnetic field, which generates eddy currents in human body and affects human health. Based on the characteristics of household appliances, industry and the domestic and foreign standards, this paper chooses the radiation test of induction cooking appliance. According to the monitoring results, the cause of radiation harassment of this kind of product is put forward so as to improve the safety for consumers.

Inverter air conditioner has become a trend, but there are still some limitations in the comfort and energy saving. It is mainly reflected in the following two aspects: firstly, the air outlet temperature is too low (about 5-7 degrees centigrade) in the cooling mode. Low air outlet temperature is easy to cause air conditioning disease. Secondly, if the inverter air conditioner runs a short period of time , it costs higher power than constant frequency air conditioner. Only when the running time is long,the energy saving effect of inverter air conditioner can be outstanding.
Based on a PMV comfort model for Chinese human body,the paper puts forward a intelligent control of dual proportion-integration-differentiation with the ambient temperature and piping temperature. It can cool down quickly , increase the comfort level of the air outlet to the local user and solve the disease of air conditioner effectively. Experimental results reveal that this technology can not only maintain the room temperature at 24-26 which is the best comfort level for users, but also has the remarkable saving effect , and the power saving rate is as high as 31%.

The thermal performance of the air source heat pump becomes worse when the outdoor finned tube heat exchanger frosting, it affects the safe and stable operation of the heat pump system at the same time. So delaying the frosting of the outdoor heat exchanger will significantly improve the thermal performance and indoor thermal comfortability of the heat pump system, ensuring the reliable operation of the heat pump unit. Based on the air enthalpy difference test platform, the process of frosting/defrosting for two different finned tube heat exchanger using hydrophilic coating and super-hydrophobic coating was compared under the condition of 2/1℃ dry /wet bulb temperature and with a wind velocity of 1.5m/s in front of the heat exchanger.Results show that, the fin tube heat exchanger using super-hydrophobic coating could effectively inhibit the formation of frost layer and delaying the frosting cycle, improving the performance of the heat exchanger under the low temperature conditions. Comparing with the hydrophilic coating, the frosting cycle of super-hydrophobic coating increased by 87.5%. The heat transfer capacity also raised 8.4%, accordingly. This paper is helpful for the design and operation of the air source heat pump system.

In order to compare the influences of exhaust through the bypass channel and the main channel on the energy efficiency of the air conditioning system and the suction temperature, a single variable method was used to verify the performance under different conditions and different frequencies. The results showed that capacity increased 3%-4% and energy efficiency increased 2.6%-3.6% at low temperature for cooling. Capacity increased 4.6% and energy efficiency increased 6% in low temperature and low frequency for heating. Capacity increased 18.6% and energy efficiency increased 11.3% in high frequency for heating. Capacity increased 28.3% and energy efficiency increased 14.8% at rated heating conditions. The effect of energy saving was very obvious .
