摘要: 讨论了吸油烟机全压效率和风量的测试过程进行测量不确定度评定的程序和方法,探讨测量不确定度评定结果在产品设计和验证环节的应用,评估产品质量水平和实验室检验能力,并结合评定结果提出针对措施。指出现行性能标准的检测工作点与市场上主流产品的实际运行工作点存在明显差异,导致检测结果不能准确反映产品的实际性能,并提出了改进建议。

Abstract: This paper discuss the procedure and method of evaluating the uncertainty in measurement of total pressure efficiency and airflow of the range hood, explore the application of evaluation results in product design and verification, evaluate the product quality and laboratory capabilities and propose corrective measures. It points out that there is a significant difference between the testing point of current standard and the actual operating point of the mainstream product on the market, resulting in the test result cannot accurately reflect the actual performance of the product, and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
