探讨空调系统排气方式的优化设计

摘要: 为了对比排气通过旁通通道和主通道对于空调系统能力能效,吸气温度的影响,利用单一变量法,在不同工况、不同频率下进行实验验证。结果表明在低温下制冷,能力提升3%~4%,能效提升2.6%~3.6%;在低温低频制热时,能力提升4.6%,能效提升6%;高频时,能力提升了18.6%,能效提升了11.3%;在额定制热工况下,能力提升了28.3%,能效提升了14.8%,其节能效果十分明显。

Abstract: In order to compare the influences of exhaust through the bypass channel and the main channel on the energy efficiency of the air conditioning system and the suction temperature, a single variable method was used to verify the performance under different conditions and different frequencies. The results showed that capacity increased 3%-4% and energy efficiency increased 2.6%-3.6% at low temperature for cooling. Capacity increased 4.6% and energy efficiency increased 6% in low temperature and low frequency for heating. Capacity increased 18.6% and energy efficiency increased 11.3% in high frequency for heating. Capacity increased 28.3% and energy efficiency increased 14.8% at rated heating conditions. The effect of energy saving was very obvious .
