Increasing electronics producers have been trying to include the reverse logistics into their integrated green supply chain as a respond to the growing market and legislative requirement on extended producer responsibility. This research present two different strategies by brand producers in China in their efforts to build a sound circular economy at firm level, including direct involvement in physical collection and recycling, and strategic partnership with third party recyclers. Based on field work and firm interviews conducted in 2016 and 2017, we depict the relation between the reverse logistics and the value chain in each model regarding the business strategy and competitive advantage of the brand producer. The implication to the EPR legislation and public intervention is discussed in conclusion.

Commission by Beijing development and reform commission,energy saving supermarket activities (ESSA) have been organized by Beijing energy conservation and environmental protection center (BEEC) for 8 years since. It promotes household appliance energy-saving product sales. Beginning from 2014, BEEC adds the “green collection” requirement into the ESSA, to promote the construction of the green collection system of home appliance dominated by seller. Supported by government-provided incentives, the construction of green collection system for household appliances has being formed. Based on deep investigation of ESSA, this paper analyses the advantages and existent problems of the green consumption +collection mode, and puts forward the policy proposal.

Nowadays, compressor manufacturers use a variety of technologies to enhance their compressor performance that can save energy to adapt to society demand and development. The effect of compressor efficiency is mainly divided into three parts: mechanical efficiency, motor efficiency and adiabatic thermal efficiency. Company research about heat transfer characteristics of the compressor interior is very inadequate; we mainly research the fluid mechanical and motor optimization design. Because influence that the heat transfer in compressor especially between inside and outside of cylinder is very large, in this field there is greatly potential improving the efficiency of the compressor. The papers mainly research the mechanism of cylinder heat transfer characteristics, the relationship between heat transfer and thermal conductivity. Also we probe ways to reduce the heat transfer and decrease suction overheating and the exhaust temperature. The effects of different thermal insulation and heat transfer coefficients on the heat exchange characteristics of the external surface of the cylinder were verified.

Based on design requirements for noise reduction of air-conditioning outdoor unit, this paper studies the influence factors of the structure of the front panel guide wind ring on air volume and noise of outdoor unit, which includes the height, length and segmental arc structure of the wind guide ring. The result shows that, within the permissible range of the size space of air-conditioning outdoor unit, the air volume increased with the increase of the guide wind circle length, when the guide ring length increased from a to c, the air volume increases by 35~100m
3
/s, while the noise can be decreased by 0.5dB~1dB under the same air volume change. With the arc of the guide wind ring increasing, the air volume increases firstly and then decreases. When the arc section increases from r to R, the air volume increases by 30~140m
3
/s. when the arc section increases from R to RR, the air volume decreases by 30~80m
3
/s, the noise decreases 0.5~1dB firstly, then increase by about 0.5dB under the same air volume change. Which shows that , the air volume and noise of the outdoor unit achieve the best effect when the arc segment is R. The air volume increases with the increase of the guide wind circle height, when the wind circle height increases from h to H, the air volume rises by 50m

/s, while the noise decreases slightly by 0.3dB~0.5dB under the same air volume change. The study on the influence of guide wind ring structure on air volume and noise of air-conditioning outdoor unit shows that, the increasing of the guide wind ring height and length has a positive effect on improving the air volume and noise reduction of the outdoor unit. However, this positive effect is limited by the front panel metal material and processing technology.

Compared with polyurethane foam, VIP is a more efficient heat preservation and energy saving material. In this paper, heat transfer theory and engineering experience formula were used to analyze the composite two-dimensional heat transfer of polyurethane and VIP. The heat transfer model of the refrigerator was established, and the establishment of thermal load transfer model of refrigerator, through the thin film heat flux sensor test correction, and the prototype verification of energy consumption. The results show that the model predicts the results of heat load and energy consumption test results can be controlled within 6% by considering the difference of foam in different boxes.

Semiconductor refrigeration technology is one green refrigeration technology,and high effective heat rejection is one important technology of semiconductor refrigeration, which will largely affect the cooling performance . Phase change heat exchanger is the most efficient method among all the heat rejection methods. Therefore, based on the thermo syphon phase change heat pipe technique, a new heat rejecter is developed. This paper models the rejecter with CFD software Fluent,and the results are validated by the tests on one semiconductor refrigerator, which shows the designed heat rejecter has good heat rejection performance.
