    In order to adapt to energy conservation and emission reduction of home appliances market development needs in recent years,the washing machine manufacturers continuously designed three different consumption goods level-low, median, and high, to meet different customer groups. In order to improve the design efficiency of vertical inverter washer, to overcome the customization and integrated circuits requirements of different drive mode vertical inverter motor on the current detector circuit, in this paper, the standardization design of a current detection circuit performed in design development of the vertical inverter washer is described.

    In Southeast Asia and other countries, because of the terrible infrastructure, electricity consumption of every family is limited. When some household appliances work at the same time, the breaker trips, especially for air conditioner, which maybe causes the damage of household appliances. So an intelligent air conditioning control method is proposed to solve the problem. The intelligent control module and control algorithm were designed for different type breakers. A experimental platform was used in estimation of the control method. The results shows that the intelligent air conditioning control method can control the operating power of the air conditioner to prevent tripping.

    Through the analysis of the refrigerator performance and the technical parameters of the existing compressor under the new national standard, from the point of view of the compressor, variable frequency compressor with the wider speed is designed and the performance verification of the refrigerator is completed. The results show that the most efficient point is 1500~1800RPM for the wider speed compressor, which can better meet the requirements of the new GB Standard requirements for energy efficiency test, with the first level energy efficiency index. under the condition that the maximum COP of the original compressor is 2% lower, the performance of the refrigerator can still achieve the requirements of the new GB with the first level energy efficiency index. At the same time, the air-cooled refrigerator using the new compressor with lower cost can improve interiorly the market competitiveness.

    In this paper, the principle of minimum copper loss control for permanent magnet synchronous motor and its application method in inverter air conditioner are introduced. The theoretical calculation formula for applying the minimum copper loss control method to the inverter air conditioner system is given and solved by engineering practice. The influence of the actual parameter error of the motor. In practical applications, by adjusting the copper loss minimum control gain, the input power is adjusted to a minimum, which improves the energy efficiency of the inverter air conditioner.

    Based on the H-bridge control technology, a large power drive circuit for DC motor is designed. The circuit has a dead time control and overcurrent protection function. The market prospect is broad, which is sought after by most manufacturers. This article mainly introduces the key technology points for developing such a competitive product.     Based on design requirements for the air volume increase and noise reduction of air-conditioning outdoor unit, this paper studies the influence factors of the mesh enclosure density, wind wheel position and air-guided ring length on air volume and noise of outdoor unit. The result shows that, the air volume increases with the increasing of the mesh enclosure density, the noise change will decrease 0.5dB under the same air volume. Which illustrate that increasing the mesh enclosure density is conductive to improve the air volume and reducing noise. As the wind wheel moves forward, the air volume outdoor increases about 20~30m3/s, while the noise will decrease 0.5dB under the same air volume. Which illustrate that moving forward the wind wheel is conductive to improve the air volume and reduce noise. The air volume outdoor increases 80~100m3/s with the increasing of the air-guided ring length, while the noise can be decreased by 1.0dB under the same air volume. Which illustrate that increasing the air-guided ring length is conducive to improve the air volume and reduce noise. However, the mesh enclosure density increase and the wind wheel forward both are limited by design specifications, while the length increases of the air-guided ring length is limited by the metal material and processing technology.

    Lokring Ring is a very efficient and reliable connection technology of the pipes, which has completely replaced the traditional argon arc welding and resistance welding technology in the refrigeration industry. This paper used the CAE simulation technology to simulate the copper pipes connecting process by Lokring Ring, analysed the influences of the different wall thickness of the copper tubes on the bonding strength under the static pressure condition of 18.6MPa and 6.3MPa. The results show that copper will not crack with above two conditions, but there was a leak risk with the wall thickness of pipe 0.6 and 0.7mm connecting by Lokring Ring, suggested to choose the copper pipe more than 0.7mm thickness.

    The constant temperature performance of gas water heater is the focus of the user's attention, gas water heater manufacturers put forward a variety of solutions around the research of constant temperature. But can’t fundamentally solve the problem of long waiting time for hot water, and the problem that the outlet water temperature is sometimes cold and sometimes very hot, can’t solve the problem of the second time you turn on the faucet and will not flow out of cold water. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a research method to change the design of pipelines and software control of gas water heaters. Firstly, the method adds a water server to the main line and the bypass line of the heat exchanger that automatically adjusts the water according to the required heat during the combustion process. Secondly, the mixture ratio of cold and hot water is accurately adjusted by software. Finally, software control scheme is designed reasonably to control the air-fuel ratio of the combustion process within the setting range. By the above methods, the temperature stability time of the effluent is not more than 8s when the gas water heater is opened, achieve the effect of the hot water temperature changing in±1℃.

    Based on the structure characteristics and working principle of the dust collecting system of IFD and air cleaner, it is expounded that the collection of dust by IFD has some advantages over traditional ESP electrostatic precipitator. At the same time, several common factors that affect the CADR of air cleaner, including circulating air volume, electric field intensity and installation location, are put forward, which are equipped with IFD device. The effect of these factors on the performance of air cleaner is analyzed. Finally, the rationalization suggestions on product design are summarized.
