Abstract: The traditional cushion material often rupture and excessive compression hardening due to repeated drop in transport, this leads to failure of cushioning properties and product damage. EPO cushioning material has better toughness, shear resistance than traditional material, and it has good compression resistance and material strength, which can effectively solve those problems. Through the analysis of material performance, simulation verification and practical application of washing products, the EPO cushioning material has been proved to have good transportation protection performance in this paper.
