摘要: 洗涤产品在实际运输中存在多次重复跌落现象,这种运输环境会引起传统包装材料碎裂以及严重压缩硬化,进而造成材料缓冲性能失效,导致产品运输损伤问题发生。EPO缓冲材料具有传统包装材料不具备的韧性、抗剪切性,同时具有良好的抗压缩性能以及材料强度,可有效解决此类问题。本文通过材料性能分析、仿真校验以及洗涤产品实际应用案例,验证了EPO缓冲材料具有良好的运输保护性能。

Abstract: The traditional cushion material often rupture and excessive compression hardening due to repeated drop in transport, this leads to failure of cushioning properties and product damage. EPO cushioning material has better toughness, shear resistance than traditional material, and it has good compression resistance and material strength, which can effectively solve those problems. Through the analysis of material performance, simulation verification and practical application of washing products, the EPO cushioning material has been proved to have good transportation protection performance in this paper.
