    Suction noise influence analysis of double-cylinder compressor based on sound wave interference theory

    Based on sound wave interference theory, the suction noise influence analysis of certain double-cylinder compressor of our company under single and double suction modes are carried out. Comparing three accumulator model schemes, it is found that single suction structures have small pressure pulsations and have better sound reduction effects than those of double suction structures. The theory is verified to be correct and effective by comparing with test results. The analysis method proposed in the paper can be used to instruct the design schemes for suction noise optimization of double-cylinder compressors.

    The automatic online detection technology for household appliances abnormal sounds is being widely concerned by household appliances manufacturers. This paper presents a preliminary explanation of the technical approaches and system architecture for household appliances online automatic abnormal sound detection. The characteristics of the two technical approaches for the automatic detection of online abnormal sounds in household appliances are described and compared. The detected system architecture and the relationship between the various components of the architecture are briefly described. This article analyzes the key technical difficulties in the online automatic detection of appliance noise, and proposes a principled solution.

    Regarding to the oscillation frequency mode of pump-rotor assembly of the rotary compressor, a detailed FEM simulation analysis procedure is established. The simulation results agree with oscillation frequency test results of the compressor, the calculation error is within 1.2%. The results show that the method presented in this paper is reliable. The analysis method can be used to improve design, instruct structural optimization, prevent the occurrence of noise, and remarkably shorten the product design cycle.

    Replace the existing window air supply system with an efficient air supply system, the existing window air supply system includes forward centrifugal fan and axial fan. The efficient air supply system includes backward centrifugal fan and three-blade axial fan with serrated edges and concave-convex surfaces. With the air-conditioning performance unchanged, the efficiency of the air supply system improved, the indoor noise reduced 3dB, outdoor noise reduced 4dB.

The method of the three types air conditioner (wall mounted, floor standing, window-type) used for subject sound quality evaluation is that, using the artificial head analysis to evaluate the sound quality of loudness, fluctuation strength, roughness and sharpness, and the sound jury scoring on the site.     Polypropylene (PP) was modified by adding filler, the effect of different fillers on the mechanical properties and shrinkage of PP were studied. Therefore, PP composites with high strength and low shrinkage were prepared and applied to the outlet frame parts of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, of which the problem of thermal expansion and contraction noise was successfully solved.

    Through the modal simulation study of different types of air conditioning pipe, the influence of the pipeline direction on its modal is analyzed. For a certain type of air conditioning, establishing the physical modal of pipe, by using ANSYS(Workbench) to do finite element modal analysis, get pipe natural frequency, and then analysis why the pipe get broken. Using pipe modal and the research achievements of air conditioning vibration noise, to optimize the pipe design, and get the simulation analysis and experimental verification, get the result: vibration and the noise value are improved substantially, which relative to the enterprise standard has a larger allowance. The results show that the method of CAE is used to analyze the modal analysis of air conditioning pipe, which can effectively and correctly guide the development design of pipe, shorten the design cycle and reduce redundant work.

    Compared with the ordinary plate type room heater, the convection type room heater with the same heat dissipation area has the advantages of fast heat dissipation and high work efficiency. When the convection type room heater works, the temperature of the heating element surface is uneven, the temperature difference is large, and the irregular hot air flow is produced, which affects the temperature control element work. In order to control the temperature steadily and get the maximum heating effect under the premise of meeting the safety standard requirements, this paper determines the structure, installation and control parameters of the convection type room heater's thermostat through a heating test and data analysis of a convection heater.
