Abstract: Through the modal simulation study of different types of air conditioning pipe, the influence of the pipeline direction on its modal is analyzed. For a certain type of air conditioning, establishing the physical modal of pipe, by using ANSYS(Workbench) to do finite element modal analysis, get pipe natural frequency, and then analysis why the pipe get broken. Using pipe modal and the research achievements of air conditioning vibration noise, to optimize the pipe design, and get the simulation analysis and experimental verification, get the result: vibration and the noise value are improved substantially, which relative to the enterprise standard has a larger allowance. The results show that the method of CAE is used to analyze the modal analysis of air conditioning pipe, which can effectively and correctly guide the development design of pipe, shorten the design cycle and reduce redundant work.
