Abstract: In this paper, an instantaneous water heater package is taken as the research object. The EPS cushion layer with a wide range of applications in the market is analyzed to find out the deficiencies of the existing solutions. Through the combination of corrugated cardboard structure design, complete this product EPS packaging alternatives. Briefly introduce the design strategy of corrugated cardboard and the function of each part, and verify the simulation transportation experiment.
