Study on using PP composites to solve the problem of thermal expansion and contraction noise in household air conditioner

Abstract: Polypropylene (PP) was modified by adding filler, the effect of different fillers on the mechanical properties and shrinkage of PP were studied. Therefore, PP composites with high strength and low shrinkage were prepared and applied to the outlet frame parts of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, of which the problem of thermal expansion and contraction noise was successfully solved.
