The corrosion problems caused by the bad environment caused the continuous research and development of the anticorrosion technology. Nano-coating has wide application prospect and excellent performance. In this paper, the application of nanometer coating technology in air conditioner is proposed. The anticorrosive properties and antibacterial properties of new titanium dioxide and silver ion composite coatings for air conditioning heat exchangers were studied. Through the study of nano-coated technology, a feasible production process was obtained. The experiment of salt spray and anti-mould in the coating of nano-coated fins had good anti-salt corrosion resistance and antibacterial ability. The nanometer coating can be used in the air conditioner to improve the quality and life of air conditioning.

The effect cold catalyst on deodorization and bacterial eliminating were investigated. Results showed that deodorization rate of methyl sulfhydryl was 92%, deodorization rate of methanethiol was 90.48%, the antibacterial ratio of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were above 99.99%. Conclusions above provide theoretical proof for further investment of new fresh-keeping freezing technology.

Washing machines, as an important tool for household cleaning and care, have been widely used. With the demand for healthy washing and protection improving, the research and application of anti-microbial and sterilization have been more and more extensive. The bacteria in the washing process come from the internal components of the washing machines and the clothes. Antimicrobial technologies for internal components include isolation technology, spray technology and the application of antimicrobial materials and so on. The sterilization techniques for those two aspects mainly include ozone eliminating bacterial, silver ion eliminating bacterial, light eliminating bacterial, electrolytic water eliminating bacterial, high temperature eliminating bacterial, disinfectant eliminating bacterial and so on. In this paper, working principles of antimicrobial and sterilizing technologies are introduced, which provide reference for consumers to understand the antimicrobial and sterilizing washing machine products better.

:The need for long-lasting germicidal condition of microbe-hosting appliances, such as airconditioners, refrigerators, smart toilet seats and air purifiers, inevitably becomes a real concern in our daily life. Unfortunately, regular antimicrobial technologies fail to solve the pain point, as they do not meet the comprehensive requirements for “broad-spectrum, durable, efficient, free of by-product, eco-friendly, harmless, cost-efficient, free of electric or light power” properties. The antimicrobial technology based on acid-surface mechanism creates harmless and long-lasting sterile conditions on surfaces, and consequently solves the problem. This study is to introduce the mechanism of the acidsurface antimicrobial technology and its feasible applications in appliances, and to provide optimized solutions for appliance sanitation and disinfection based on laboratory researches and third-party certification. It is hoped that the research contributes to the improvement of the self-disinfecting property of appliances.

The rapidly developing voice recognition technology is increasingly applied to smart home products. In order to achieve intelligent control of air conditioner, designs a set of intelligent air conditioner voice control system. With STM32F103 microcontroller being the main control chip, the LD3320 non-specific human voice recognition chip as the hardware and software of the speech recognition module and a communication protocol between the STM32 main control chip and the air conditioner controller formulated, it has realized the voice control of air conditioners. The experiment results show that system's software and hardware design scheme are feasible, the system is stable, the voice control effect is excellent and the portability is strong, which make it a product with excellent market prospect.

This article compared the refrigerant characteristics and low temperature performance of R410A and R134a from theoretical analysis and experimental testing. The experimental results show that R410A heat pump automotive air conditioning system can reduce the compressor displacement in the same heat exchangers configuration, and the heating capacity is especially Low-temperature heating has been greatly improved, the out temperature of -12℃ under the energy efficiency ratio of 1.6W/W or more; on the other hand, R410A heat pump air conditioning system working pressure is about 2 times of R134a has a system, in the design of R410A system piping and components of pressure to do the corresponding optimization. Comprehensive evaluation, R410A is more suitable for application and heat pump automotive air conditioning than R134a.

Traditional outdoor unit of air conditioner which uses the axial fan system to generate large air flowrate to ensure heat capacity, but it is so bad in overcoming static pressure. When the resistance of a pipe network or environment increases, the heat capacity of the whole machine decreases, which seriously affects the comfort and energy-saving effects. In order to solve the current problem, this paper uses a new-type duct system in outdoor unit of the air conditioner, which changes the axial duct system in the traditional air-conditioner to a centrifugal duct system. The verification shows that the air distribution on the heat-exchanger's surface of the new duct system is more uniform, and the capacity to overcome static pressure is increased by 150% which compares with the original duct system, and the capacity to interfere with external static pressure is better.

:Food preservation ability of refrigerators gets more attentions by the manufactures. On the market there are more refrigerators broadcasting the food preservation function. In this article we studied the freezing and thawing process of beef tenderloin meat in high voltage electrostatic fields to improve the preservation effect. The major studied factors are freezing and thawing curves and the integrity of myofibers under microscopy. We found under the optimized electrostatic field intensity beef tenderloin meat has improved preservation factors. The high voltage electrostatic field is potential to improve food preservation characteristics, and it is considered to deserve further study and be applied on refrigerators.

The simulation analysis of C-type accumulator no-load vibration based on modal method is presented in this paper. The simulated structural mode and natural frequency of the accumulator are in consistence with those of test results, the analysis method is verified to be effective. At the same time, an improved structural scheme is proposed regarding to the no-load vibration. A wider bracket obtained by the calculation is verified to be the optimal scheme to improve no-load vibration of C-type accumulator.
