    The impact of ion to electrochemical scale formation in water environment

    In order to study the impact of water compositions to scale formation, based on experience, we choose four factors (HCO3, Hardness, P, Ca/Mg) that are discrepant but all have an influence on the formation of scale, and then through orthogonal test, we study the impact situation of the factors to scale formation, and through scanning electron microscope and ion chromatograph analyzer, we analysis the morphology and precipitation amount of the scale. The result is that four factors sorted by effect size from big to small: HCO3>Hardness>P>Ca/Mg, and meanwhile HCO3, Hardness and Ca/Mg have promoting effect on scale, P ion has inhibiting effect on scale. Rely on further analysis with scale morphology, we find P ion can reduce the formation and growth of scale crystal nucleus, drop scale precipitation amount and therefore has inhibiting effect on scale.

    In recent years, people have paid more and more attention to the safety and healthy of drinking water, and promoted the rapid development of reverse osmosis water purifiers. The problem that the total number of effluent colonies of reverse osmosis water purifiers will exceed the standard has always been a “disease” in the water purifier industry. Therefore, the sterilization module has become a new function point of the reverse osmosis water purifier. Based on the analysis of the sterilization technology commonly used in the current water purifier market, this paper describes the principle, device and various factors limiting the application of ozone sterilization technology, and also studies the practical application of ozone sterilization technology in water purifier. The effect is to provide reference for the development of ozone disinfection system equipment for water purifier.

    Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are ubiquitous in indoor environments. Inhalation of VOCs can cause irritation, difficulty breathing, and nausea, and damage the central nervous system as well as other organs. In recent years, indoor VOCs pollution has caused widespread concern. This review briefly summarizes the indoor source of VOCs and presents a general overview of the current treatment techniques for indoor VOCs such as adsorption, ozonation, photocatalytic oxidation, Cold plasma or non-thermal plasma, and hybrid system.

    In view of the rise of purifying air conditioning in recent years, purifying air conditioning generally uses high efficiency filter net, IFD, negative-ion generating device and so on to achieve purification function. For air conditioners using IFD and negative-ion generating devices, since the peak voltage of such purification modules is high, consideration should be given to the protection of this module against electric shock and other safety factors.     In this paper, flow field simulation and evaporator heat transfer simulation are used to analyze the distribution of flow field and temperature field. According to the simulation results, the air duct system of the refrigerator is improved and the velocity field and temperature field of the evaporator chamber will be optimized. The simulation results and experimental results show that the optimization scheme improves the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator and enhances the overall performance providing a reference for the performance optimization of the refrigerator.

    Through the analysis of shaft load in running rotary compressor, researched the changes of shaft load size and direction with Rotary simulation software, obtained that the relation between the power consumption and the lower bearing assemble. The results show that the theoretical analysis was verified by experimental data. Finally confirmed that the lower bearing assembled in the third quadrant can enhance the performance of the compressor, and this analysis method can provide guidance and basis for technics of the lower bearing assemble.

    In this paper, a set of evaluation model for the performance of soymilk machine was established by comparing the noise, pulping time, power consumption per liter of soymilk, slag discharging rate, total solids, cooked degree and price of different brands of soymilk machines. Results show that the evaluation results can not only get more intuitive performance indicators for soymilk machines, but also provide more intuitive reference for consumers to buy suitable soymilk machine. By eliminating the asymmetry information, consumers are able to select high quality and benefit product.

    The stamping process of the liquid plate of the gas stove is analyzed by the simulation. The simulation results such as the limit forming map, thickness change chart and strain diagram are obtained, and the rationality of the simulation operation model is determined by comparing with the experimental results. The stamping conditions are optimized from many aspects, such as structure, thickness and material of the plate, so that the forming of the liquid plate can be formed to meet the requirements of the product.

    In recent years, micro refrigeration equipment has been widely used in communication base stations, automobile refrigerators and other fields. Because the miniature refrigeration equipment has the functions of small volume, low cooling capacity (300W), and frequency conversion function, the energy consumption is low. At present, the switching power supply of micro electronic control board in the market generally adopts the integrated chip scheme. Although it has the advantages of simple circuit and high reliability, the input voltage range is narrow, the power consumption is larger, the cost is higher, and the related heat dissipation design is also needed. A switching mode power supply based on BUCK circuit is proposed in this paper, which has the advantages of wide input voltage range, high reliability, strong load capacity and low cost.

    The testing of embedded software for household electric appliances is been dependent on manual testing for a long time. It results in many problems such as low efficiency, difficult personnel training, and test quality depending on personnel quality. In order to solve the problems, an automatic test platform for household electric appliances based on hardware interface (HI for short) embedded software is proposed. The system platform is used in hardware and software integration testing which is a branch of embedded testing. It forms a closed loop of input and output signals through the sampling of the hardware output interface, and the assignment of the input interface. Then it can realize automatic test according the test case of the upper computer.

    Fixed Clamp is a core components of RV air conditioner, since the RV A/C is installed on top of the RV, vibrated with the viechle, and suffering high temperature and high humidity, the clamp is easily dropped, facture due to fatigue or corrosion during running. This paper is based on analysis of shock stress and process of the clamp through ANSYS, the strength verification of the clamp through vibration test, tests of the corrosion through salt test. The analysis shows hidden problems on the clamp strength and anti-corrosion performance, modification is needed.

    According to the situation that, heating uniformity test method for household electromagnetic range has not yet been established interiorly, our project research team have done a domestic comparative study of similar test methods, through a contrastive analysis, we investigates the test methods abroad, results show that the heat distribution test of light industry standard QB/T 4404-2012 cooking range, its test conditions, number of measuring points and evaluation conditions, are all not applicable to the evaluation of heating uniformity of household electromagnetic ranges. Our project group studied the related technology and evaluation index in the heat distribution test of EU EN 60350-2-2013, and through the actual test proves the scientificity and validity of the method analyzed.
