摘要: 本文以嵌入式电烤箱为研究对象,参考相关欧盟能效标准EN 60350-1及消费者、制造商反馈的问题,增加了其他性能检测项目,目的在于研究一种方法可以客观地评估烤箱的使用性能。同时结合近年来欧盟官方发布的烤箱生态设计要求,为制造商在产品前期设计研发和后期测试维护提供技术性参考建议。

Abstract: The article takes the electric built-in ovens as the research object. With the reference to the relevant Europe standard EN 60350-1 and the feedback from the users and manufacturers, the other performance testing projects are added in order to study a method to evaluate the performance of the oven objectively. At the same time, combined with the requirements of the ovens ecological design issued by the European Union this year, it provides technical references for the manufacturers to early design and post maintenance.
