Abstract: Fixed Clamp is a core components of RV air conditioner, since the RV A/C is installed on top of the RV, vibrated with the viechle, and suffering high temperature and high humidity, the clamp is easily dropped, facture due to fatigue or corrosion during running. This paper is based on analysis of shock stress and process of the clamp through ANSYS, the strength verification of the clamp through vibration test, tests of the corrosion through salt test. The analysis shows hidden problems on the clamp strength and anti-corrosion performance, modification is needed.
