    Silk fabrics have good luster, but the luster is easy to be worse after laundering. It is said that home ironing can improve this condition under certain conditions. The objective of this work is to discuss on the luster of silk fabrics from angles of fabric, laundering and ironing. The results indicates that the laundering factors such as the detergent pH, detergent amount, builder, water amount, water temperature, mechanical force of laundering, laundering time and times, and the ironing factors such as ironing temperature, humidity, and pressure cause Interaction among the molecules of the silk.     This paper mainly realizes the automatic design of product 3D model. In view of the characteristics of UG design software, a top-down design method is chosen to build a good product framework before the product is set, and then adjust the structure according to the actual key parameters, and the model can be regenerated quickly without the failure of regeneration. Using the parameter linking function of UG software, with the part template and the class thought of computer advanced language, the top-down and fully parameterized design of the product is realized.
