制冷循环喷液系统节流结构的简化计算分析

摘要: 小负荷和高压差工况下螺杆式冷水机组系统容易出现排气温度保护,在常规的制冷循环中增加喷液系统可以进行有效改善,同时还可以保证系统可靠稳定运行。喷液系统的喷液量需要进行控制,比较普遍的做法是采用节流孔板或者节流毛细管实现控制喷液量。本文提供了一种节流元件的简化计算方法。

Abstract: The system of screw chiller will easily occur exhaust temperature protection under the condition of low load and high pressure drop. Adding liquid injection in the general refrigeration can effectively improve it. What’s more, it can also ensure the system steadily running. But he volume of liquid injection should be under control in the system. And it can be achieved by throttle orifice and throttle capillary vessel. In this paper, we can provide a simple calculation method of throttle component.
