Abstract: In this paper, the four factors of washing acceleration, washing speed, washing ON and OFF time were compared and analyzed, and the factors affecting the washing performance and wear rate of the washing machine were found. The existing program is optimized, the new scheme can improve the washing performance and reduce the wear rate, provide advices for the washing action design of the later products.
