Abstract: In the design process of low-pressure air refrigeration system, due to its complex structure and meeting the specified cooling requirements. It is a design difficulty. This paper analyzes the structure of low-pressure air refrigeration system at first, and then discusses its structural design methods, including supercharger unit design, heat exchanger design, electromagnetic throttle valve design, cooling capacity adjustment measures, etc. In order to provide reference for related design activities. To solve the key and difficult problems in the design of low-pressure air refrigeration systems.
