摘要: 恶劣环境引发的空调腐蚀问题促使防腐工艺不断研究和发展,纳米涂层有着广泛的应用前景和优异的性能,本文拟研究纳米涂层技术在空调器上的应用。对应用于空调换热器的新型二氧化钛和银离子复合涂料的防腐功能、抗菌功能进行研究,通过纳米涂覆工艺的研究得出可行的生产工艺。对纳米涂层翅片进行中性盐雾实验和抗霉菌实验,判定出纳米涂层翅片有着良好的防盐腐蚀能力和抗菌性能。纳米涂层可以有效应用在空调两器上运行于特殊的使用场合,以提高空调的质量和寿命。

Abstract: The corrosion problems caused by the bad environment caused the continuous research and development of the anticorrosion technology. Nano-coating has wide application prospect and excellent performance. In this paper, the application of nanometer coating technology in air conditioner is proposed. The anticorrosive properties and antibacterial properties of new titanium dioxide and silver ion composite coatings for air conditioning heat exchangers were studied. Through the study of nano-coated technology, a feasible production process was obtained. The experiment of salt spray and anti-mould in the coating of nano-coated fins had good anti-salt corrosion resistance and antibacterial ability. The nanometer coating can be used in the air conditioner to improve the quality and life of air conditioning.
