摘要: 本文主要介绍一种基于TRIZ理论下提高滚动转子式压缩机容积效率的创新研究,论文首先介绍现有滚动转子式压缩机吸气容积效率存在的不足点,然后针对存在的问题通过TRIZ创新方法中的小人法进行问题分析,找出克服问题的手段,再建立物质—场分析,找出标准解及相关连的创新原理进行解决问题的过程,最终发明了一种新的技术方案,提高了滚子式旋转压缩机吸气容积效率。

Abstract: This paper presents a creative study for volumetric efficiency improvement of rolling piston type compressor based on TRIZ theory. At first, the paper introduced the disadvantage of suction volumetric efficiency for existing rolling piston type compressor, then analyzed the problem with Little Man method of TRIZ creative theory, found out the means to overcome the problem, established mass-field analysis, and found out the standard resolution and related creative principle in order to solve the problem. Finally, we suggested a new technical design, and improved the suction volumetric efficiency of rolling piston type compressor.
