R410A制冷剂在电动汽车热泵空调中的应用研究

摘要: 本文从理论分析和实验测试两方面对比R410A与R134a的制冷剂特性及低温性能表现,实验结果表明,在相同两器配置下,R410A热泵汽车空调系统可以减少压缩机排量,同时制热量尤其是低温制热量有大幅度提升,外环温度-12℃下能效比达到1.6W/W以上;另一方面,R410A热泵汽车空调系统工作压力是R134a系统的2倍左右,在设计R410A系统时管路及元器件耐压要进行相应的优化。综合评价后认为R410A比R134a更加适合应用于热泵汽车空调中。

Abstract: This article compared the refrigerant characteristics and low temperature performance of R410A and R134a from theoretical analysis and experimental testing. The experimental results show that R410A heat pump automotive air conditioning system can reduce the compressor displacement in the same heat exchangers configuration, and the heating capacity is especially Low-temperature heating has been greatly improved, the out temperature of -12℃ under the energy efficiency ratio of 1.6W/W or more; on the other hand, R410A heat pump air conditioning system working pressure is about 2 times of R134a has a system, in the design of R410A system piping and components of pressure to do the corresponding optimization. Comprehensive evaluation, R410A is more suitable for application and heat pump automotive air conditioning than R134a.
