摘要: 基于H桥控制技术设计了一款用于直流电机的大功率驱动电路,该电路自带死区控制和过流保护功能。系统由单片机、光电隔离电路、逻辑控制电路、H桥分立元件驱动电路、电流采样电路、滤波检波电路、线性放大隔离电路等七部分组成。本文重点介绍了通过对逻辑电路及其时序的巧妙控制,遏制了H桥驱动的直通现象,无需外加死区的控制电路,就能保证电机在正反向可靠运转。系统最大的特点是结构简单,可靠性强,且输出功率优于IC驱动,易形成性价比高的方案。

Abstract: Based on the H-bridge control technology, a large power drive circuit for DC motor is designed. The circuit has a dead time control and overcurrent protection function. System logic by single-chip computer, photoelectric isolating circuit, logic control circuit, discrete component H bridge driving circuit, current sampling circuit, filter detection circuit, linear amplification of isolating circuit and so on seven parts. This paper mainly introduced through the logic circuit and temporal sequence of clever control, curb the phenomenon of H bridge driver direct and without and the control circuit of dead area, can be in the positive and negative to the reliable running of motor. The system is characterized by simple structure, strong reliability and better output power than IC drive.
