Analysis and optimize on starting noise of refrigerator

Abstract: Through the experimental study on each factor of refrigerator starting noise. We found that the starting noise of refrigerator is mainly composed of resonant noise and the mechanical noise. According to the mechanism of the noise generation,we can change the damping ratio of compressor pad and pipeline shape to optimize the low frequency resonance noise. For high-frequency mechanical noise, it can be achieved by improving the thickness of the valve plates. The experiment results verify the effect of each improvement scheme on the refrigerator starting noise,and also confirmed the conclusion of theoretical analysis. The conclusion of this paper provides the corresponding design basis for the development and improvement of refrigerators.
